Delivery

All our printed items are produced in our Swiss facility and shipped from Switzerland. We work with specialist carriers that protect your print from dispatch to your door.

Delivery times

Switzerland

• Express products (business cards, flyers, stationery, labels): 48 business hours after file approval.
• Brochures, books, magazines, calendars: 3 to 5 business days.
• Signage, textiles, promotional items: 5 to 7 business days.
• Custom work or large runs: lead time as stated in your quote.

Shipping costs

• Standard: CHF 8.90 anywhere in Switzerland.

We deliver within Switzerland only.

Tracking your parcel

As soon as your order ships, you receive an email with a clickable tracking number, so you can follow your parcel in real time.

Delivery to an event venue

For signage orders intended for a trade show or an event, we can deliver straight to the venue on the date you need. Add a note to your order or write to us at office@dedonatis-partners.ch.

A problem with your delivery?

If your parcel arrives damaged or with a visible defect, photograph it within 48 hours of receipt and send everything to office@dedonatis-partners.ch. We reprint and reship free of charge.
